Perrilloux needs to go

I'm glad that even LSU fans can come to their senses and see that their very program is in serious trouble if Ryan "Nuthin' But Trouble" Perrilloux remains on the team. This is from Dandy Don, the LSU guru:

Tuesday was a huge day for email and most of the messages I received were concerning the Ryan Perrilloux situation. I would say that a good 90 percent of the emails are in favor of Les Miles dismissing Perrilloux from the team and wishing him the best of luck. Many of my readers believe that now would be the best time to remove him from the team instead of during the football season.

Stewart Mandel agrees. Les Miles, cut your losses. Kick this knucklehead off the team, pronto. He isn't worth the headaches that he causes. Cripes, Coach Bryant suspended Joe "Willy" Namath before the national championship game. And Ryan, you aren't even close to Joe Willy. Not by a long shot.

After an 8-0 start to his junior season Namath was suspended for drinking and was forced to miss the Sugar Bowl. Joe had no other choice then to sit out quietly and wait for next season. The truth was that Namath only took a sip of beer that night but media reports claimed that Namath was belligerent and trying to direct traffic while drunk. Not knowing who to believe, Bryant was forced to suspend Namath for the season.

Bryant also kicked free spirit Kenny Stabler off the team as well. Guess we all know how those two turned out. And did I mention Bryant won a few more national championships after booting both?

The run in the mud. God, Snake was amazing.
